Lanjing MABR membrane is the aerated membrane bioreactor, which has the characteristics of high-efficiency aeration and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of biological membrane. Inside the MABR, the bio-membrane is immersed in a tank in a spirally wound shape. The sewage is continuously injected and the effluent is discharged after overflowing. Low-pressure air is blown in from the membrane spacer layer side, and biological activity reaction occurs on the other side. Oxygen continuously enters the sewage through the MABR membrane, and the MABR membrane grows aerobic bio-membrane on the surface of the sewage side. In this area, aerobic and anoxic conditions occur simultaneously, so that as long as less energy and space are used, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification can be achieved. This low-pressure aeration principle can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to traditional high-pressure aeration. The special spiral structure in MABR makes it possible to efficiently remove nutrients from sewage, and it can still achieve an efficient removal rate under low temperature conditions.。
